What is the relationship between creative processes and craft, work and machine, exhaustion and revolution?

"V01CES//B0D1EZ" is the music-theatrical encounter between the composer Piyawat Louilarpprasert and Hans Werner Henze, the founder of the Munich Biennale, who would have celebrated his 100th birthday in 2026.

"V01CES//B0D1EZ" poses current questions about political and physical work, ritualized activities and ongoing resistance in times of a working world increasingly dominated by artificial intelligence, mirrored by an AI-based libretto for the new composition R3SIST4NC3 B0D1EZ.

The result is a music theater based on Hans Werner Henze's "Voices" and Piyawat Louilarpprasert's "R3SIST4NC3 B0D1EZ" (world premiere), based on texts by Richard W. Thomas, Bertolt Brecht, Erich Fried, Hans Magnus Enzensberger, Ho Chi Minh, Victor Hernández Cruz, Walton Smith and Piyawat Louilarpprasert (with the participation of AI).
