Why gender-sensitive networking formats are needed for an equal future and how they work in practice.
In the workshop as part of the HDS annual conference, founders Eva Zimmerbeutel and Ines Rainer will present their idea of the FLINTANIA platform and share their experiences on the topic of "networking in self-employment". Afterwards, individual needs and challenges of self-employment, especially for female and non-binary people, will be identified with the participants and possible solutions will be developed.
