In a circle of FLINTA*s, we will explore our individual, genuine expression and get in touch with ourselves through various embodiment exercises.
With the help of choreographic elements, we will tell a common story as a group and experience ourselves within the group structure.

This full day workshop will guide you through genuine connection with yourself and others, vibrant touch, community experiences and inner and outer movement.
