🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga & Pilates in the greenhouse

At this special event, you can look forward to a yoga or Pilates class in a very special location every last Wednesday of the month.
Our Pilates class takes place in the greenhouse and combines strengthening exercises for the core with flowing movements for more stability, posture and lightness. Through controlled sequences and conscious breathing, you will find your way back into your body, build up strength and recharge your batteries.
Our yoga class takes place in the greenhouse and offers the perfect balance of strength and relaxation. We combine stretching and opening postures to create dynamic, powerful and lively flows.

🌴 Stay & Relax

Afterwards, you have the opportunity to linger in the Greenhouse and end the evening relaxing with a drink (for an extra charge) in front of the fireplace or, if the weather is good, outside in the beautiful garden of the nursery.
