In the organizer's words:
"Of highs and lows" is an interdisciplinary exhibition project that thematically links two industrial cultural monuments in a novel collaboration between sound artist Nils Mosh and kinetic artist Willi Reiche: The historic Uerdingen sewage treatment plant and the House of Silk Culture. In an unusual combination of sound art, mechanics and allusions to the history of the city of Krefeld, the immersive exhibition appeals to all the senses. Past and present merge into a visible, audible and tangible experience.
The project is sponsored by the LVR Department of Culture.
