WAHNSCHAFFE, ALINA LORFEO UND ORNELLA in CONCERT

The four artists are not only good friends, but have also shared a love of music for years. And you can hear that. When the four of them get going, their voices merge into a cloud of sound with a goosebump effect. On this evening, they present songs from their own projects and accompany each other.

ALINA LORFEO is a German-Italian singer and songwriter based in Cologne. Alina draws her musical roots from her bilingual upbringing and mixes them with RnB and soul. But Alina was always curious for more. More connection, other sounds, other stories. Lorfeo's songs are about encounters, realizations that move between the here and now, what has been and what will be. And, quite clearly, about the longing to be at home somewhere.

She touches with a combination of warm guitar riffs, emotional lyrics and catchy vocal lines.
Growing up in a Chilean musical family, ORNELLA discovered her love for music at an early age, improvising melodies and lyrics to the sounds of her father's guitar.
After working exclusively as an instrumentalist and sidewoman in various bands for a long time, she finally felt the desire and courage to write her own songs and share them. For her, making music is all about touching people and immersing herself and her audience in the music.
Her songs tell of self-doubt, fears, the beauty of life, courage and friendly love. With her debut EP ""Outset", released in 2023, she gives an insight into the beginning of her artistic journey."

For WAHNSCHAFFE , their first full-length album is about nothing less than ... everything. This album is a bold confession, a reflection of their grueling journey of self-discovery. And above all: a coming to terms with the past. Because the duo's lyrics reveal the journey of the two women, who grew up in staunchly conservative communities and finally decided to break free from the religious influences of their childhood. WAHNSCHAFFE celebrate the power of authenticity and encourage people to courageously follow their own path. On stage, Hanna and Sophia surprise with a musical event that knows how to convince with the help of multi-layered vocals, multi-instrumentalizations and beats with a lot of greatness. Sometimes quiet and vulnerable, sometimes euphoric and stormy. But one thing runs like a thread through her music: the emotional openness and authenticity that makes you experience the music anew.
