On the International Day against Violence against Sex Workers, we invite you to a special event that creates space for education, exchange and empowerment. Author and sex worker Ruby Rebelde will read from the book "Warum sie uns hassen - Sexarbeitsfeindlichkeit" (Why they hate us - sex work hostility) and provide impressive insights into the social mechanisms of stigmatization, discrimination and violence against sex workers.

This will be followed by a panel discussion in which different perspectives from activism, politics, science and practice will come together. Together, we want to make hostility towards sex work visible, talk about how to combat it, strengthen solidarity and create safe living and working conditions for sex workers.
