Wax and Silver Schmuck Workshop

In the organizer's words:

Hi, I'm Emilie! I create handmade jewelry with heart and soul and invite you to be part of this creative process - design your own unique piece of silver jewelry using the lost wax casting technique!

In my Wax & Silver workshop, you will learn how to work with wax and tools and model your idea step by step - from the first sketch to the finished wax model. In a small, relaxed group we spend about 4 hours together with music, snacks and drinks while you shape your own piece of jewelry by hand.

After the workshop, I will take care of everything else:
Your model will be cast in sterling silver , cleaned, filed, sanded, hallmarked and polished - until your finished piece of jewelry is waiting for you to wear it! It will be ready about 4 weeks later.

What is included in the price of € 199?
- All workshop materials and tools
- Drinks and snacks
- Up to 10 g of 925 silver (gold plating and additional weight for an extra charge)
- Casting and complete finishing
- Shipping of your finished piece of jewelry

The workshop takes place in my studio in Cologne-Poll, in the cozy house of the Minhafaktur. The workshops are held in German, but non-German speaking participants are very welcome - I am happy to adapt.

It's a wonderful opportunity to slow down, work with your own hands and create something truly unique - whether for yourself or as a special gift for a loved one.
