Carnival is just over and Lent has begun. That's why we're taking a closer look at wine and its alternatives during this time. Alcohol is a flavor carrier. What does wine taste like without alcohol? What is a proxy wine?

3 entertaining hours on the subject of wine.

We will taste wine alternatives, de-alcoholized wine, Teasecco and yes - anyone who wants to, simply wine with more or less alcohol. As always, mineral water, bread and olive oil will be served at our long table in the Genussraum. A seminar script provides information and reminds you of the entertaining evening later at home
