Welten – Nächte

In the organizer's words:

How wonderful when favorite music people come together - as happened with a part of Olicía and the Worlds - and then embark together on an inspiring journey into the night, or into the nights - as their first joint album is called. It is a musical exploration of the night as a space between reality and dream, the familiar and the unknown and a confrontation with the unconscious. The young jazz quintet leads us through the many ambivalent nocturnal atmospheres, from flowing moments of calm and security to driving phases of awakening and the uncanny. We glide, float, shimmer and dream our way through their delicate to intoxicating pieces, from gloomy spaces to magical fragments and hope that we won't wake up for a long, long time!
