Yin yoga in spring - for sensitive & overstimulated nervous systems (ADHD-friendly)
Spring stands for new beginnings, growth and movement - and at the same time, this time can be quite challenging for our nervous system. More light, more activity, more stimuli.
This 90-minute Yin Yoga workshop invites you to consciously slow down.
In calm, longer postures, you create space to:
regulate your nervous system
reduce inner restlessness and sensory overload
reconnect more with yourself
This workshop is particularly suitable for you if you feel easily overstimulated, have a lot of thoughts or identify with ADHD / neurodiverse perception.
Afterwards, there will be time to come back to yourself - with tea and a quiet finish in a relaxed atmosphere
You do not need any previous knowledge.
