In this workshop, the pillars of the Wim Hof Method are expanded and deepened: Cold Exposure, Breathing Exercises and Mindset. You will learn new and advanced techniques of the Wim Hof Method. After completing the workshop, you will have the tools to improve your energy flow, increase the flexibility of your mind and focus - this awareness will help you to improve the connection between body and mind. This workshop is conducted exclusively by WHM Instructors with a high level of experience (Advanced, Level 2). The intimate atmosphere allows for comprehensive personal attention and feedback tailored to your specific situation. Whether you want to improve your mental or physical performance, alleviate symptoms of illness or learn more about the Wim Hof Method, an advanced WHM workshop offers something for everyone who wants to expand their WHM practice.

Who is this workshop for? The workshop is suitable for Wim Hof practitioners who alreadyhave some experience with breathing exercises and ice baths and would like todeepen their practice. For precautionary reasons, we do not recommend participation during pregnancy or for people with epilepsy. People with cardiovascular problems or other serious health problems should always consult a doctor before starting the Wim Hof Method.

Location:

The inner courtyard leads you to the Shunia Center, a wonderful yoga studio in the heart of Cologne. The ideal place to deepen the Wim Hof Method together. For the ice bath we go to the roof terrace.
