Volker Ahlgrimm - Entrepreneur.consultant from Cologne

Volker Ahlgrimm studied business administration and economics and gained extensive management experience in the automotive industry until 2005, including in the organization of Ford Werke AG and later at the car company Renault/Nissan AG.

Self-employed since 2006, he supports start-ups, SMEs and existing companies in the areas of business management consulting, financing, start-up consulting, company succession, controlling, restructuring and applying for funding (EU/ESF) with his management consultancy business.concept and the Gründeragentur-Köln.

His focus: practical coaching for companies from a wide range of sectors - from services, trade and crafts to the cultural and creative industries. In addition to individual consultations, he has been offering seminars and lectures on business start-ups, finance, tax and legal topics (in cooperation with experts) for many years.
