Workshop „Wie man einem Körper zuhört“ mit Joris Kern

Well, that's a big question that bodyworkers, sex nerds, dancers, actors and healers all over the world are trying to find answers to, and it's a question that keeps coming up. So I won't claim to have the answer!
Instead, we will practice tuning into ourselves and others in different ways. How can we listen to a body with our ears, hands, bodies and eyes?
How can we learn to trust non-verbal signs and how can our communication become clearer? When and how does a body signal yes, no, curiosity, fear, joy, insecurity, trust? How is this influenced by interaction? When does a body feel "easy to read"?
We will play games, talk, enjoy, get curious, open our senses and stretch our antennae into different bodies. You will have the opportunity to get honest feedback for your perception and experience what it feels like when someone really wants to listen to your truth.
This workshop will be sensual, playful and non-sexual, although your sex life will most likely benefit from the experience!
The workshop is open to all genders and all bodies, as well as all levels of experience. Please come sober!

Workshop leader: Joris Kern (no pronouns)
Joris has been involved with consensuality and sexuality for a long time and has been giving workshops on topics related to consensual sexuality since 2009. Joris is also a mediator and coach, has studied various bodywork methods and contact improvisation, has acted and studied theater pedagogy, trained in solution-focused therapy and counselling with traumatized clients and has written two books on consent as a way of life.
