Together we practise Vinyasa Yoga to warm up and Yin Yoga for deeper relaxation. In the dynamic Vinyasa flow, you connect your breath with your movement, strengthen your body and train your stamina. Vinyasa yoga helps you to switch off. Yin yoga is a calm and meditative practice in which certain asanas are held for a long time.
