Upon successful completion, you will receive a 50h certified Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate (YACEP).
Matthäa Mollenhauer
Matthäa is a yoga and meditation teacher from Berlin. She completed her Hatha and Vinyasa training with Cécile Guyomard in Berlin and places a strong emphasis in her classes on the connection between body and mind, including pranayama and meditation. She guides her students through a safe practice, respecting the limits of the body as a principle of mindfulness.
Since her Yin training with Alexandra Denkinger, she has also created a space where students can surrender to the gentleness of body and mind, working in harmony with the meridians and practicing acupressure based on Traditional Chinese Medicine.
