Yoga meets art: Kunst im Flow

Solar Slow Flow

This yoga class is an invitation to join forces with the sun: as an energy supplier, rhythm generator, fire heart in the sky - and perhaps even as the secret accomplice of our inner and outer change.

In the midst of the exhibition Comrade Sun , we allow ourselves to be permeated by light and devote ourselves to the question in flowing movements and mindful breathing: What if the winds of the sun are also blowing inside us?

You are in the right place if you are curious about the connection between body, art and the cosmos. Come when you are ready for your very own little revolution on the mat.

Lioba is a queer yoga teacher (500h CYA Hatha Vinyasa), art maker and scenic researcher. She is in love with meditation, pranayama and the miracle of the body and enjoys working creatively and holistically with people. There is never a lack of humor, curiosity and mindfulness in her classes and artistic work.

You need: warm, comfortable clothing, water, yoga mat, thin blanket
(a few yoga mats can be borrowed, limited supply, need to be registered in advance)

No previous experience necessary, participation free of charge, duration: approx. 120 minutes
