Our open drawing studio invites everyone who enjoys drawing. Whether you are experienced or new to drawing, everyone is welcome. Under the artistic direction of Anette Walz, the series offers a space to try things out, practise together and exchange ideas with like-minded people. It is not the perfect result that counts, but the process of drawing itself - curious, playful and without pressure to perform.

In a relaxed atmosphere, Anette Walz provides inspiration for various drawing techniques and design media. How do you train your drawing eye? How do you create depth through light and shadow? How do you develop figures and how do you bring them to life? In addition to learning to see, the focus is also on topics such as contrasts, perspective, simplification and image composition.

The course is aimed at young people and adults aged 15 and over. Entry is possible at any time, no previous experience is required. Materials can be brought along or used on site.

Anette Walz is an artist and experienced art mediator with her own studio in Hanover.
