ZONA84
The band ZONA 84 was founded in 1993 in Rosario, Argentina. Their music can be described as classic punk rock, influenced by bands such as the Clash, the Ramones, SLF, Cock Sparrer and others. However, their lyrics are no less important than their music and encourage us to think about life and how we live it. Their studio album "Radio Pirata", on which they processed the experiences of their tours through Germany, was chosen by an independent jury as the best album in the Rosario region. They presented their latest album "Bombas en Stereo" at a sold-out streaming event last November. Their joy of playing and celebrating together with the audience spreads like wildfire.
ZONA84 is now one of the best-known punk rock bands in Argentina and an absolute legend in their hometown of Rosario. Over the past 30 years, they have played with almost every local band in Argentina. Highlights certainly include concerts with Los Violadores, Attaque 77, Argies, Fun People, as well as with their heroes and role models Buzzcocks, Social Distortion, NY Dolls, Die Toten Hosen, Dritte Wahl, Pennywise, CJ Ramone, Jello Biafra, FireExit, Chelsea and MCD.
After touring in 2016 and 2017, they celebrated their 30th anniversary with a European tour in April/May 2023 and are now coming back to Europe in April 2026 with a new album in their luggage.
