Asian Fusion Kitchen & Bar with sparkling wines (bubbles) from all over the world, art & stand-up comedy. Our kitchen and bar concept consists of two ingredients: think global and act sparkling!

Owner Marcel Wanek from Munich is already well known for his creative and high-quality gastronomy concepts such as the Kubaschewski Bar (sparkling wine bar in Munich) and Holy Taste Catering, with which he organizes events for major brands such as Hublot, Prada and many more.

With Banh Mi & Bubbles, he wanted to create something new: "Good bye boujee, hello fantasy!" Away from the fancy, towards something cool and creative, where you don't have to take yourself so seriously.

Holy Taste Catering & Events is your team when it comes to creative food & beverage concepts. Marcel Wanek and his crew work internationally and have already implemented events in London, New York and Los Angeles, among other places.
