The BOOTsWagen is no ordinary café - but the heart of a small paradise on the Bille, run by the non-profit neighborhood association BOOT e.V. in Hamburg-Hamm.

A converted caravan, deckchairs under the trees, homemade galettes and cakes, plus live concerts in the open air and canoe rental right on the banks - this is where neighbors, music lovers and water rats alike meet.

Whether for breakfast in the countryside, a canoe tour or an after-work beer at the lawn concert - the BOOTsWagen is a place to arrive and stay. In the middle of Hamburg - but it feels far out.
