ON FILM LAB - Raum für analoge Fotografie

We are photographers and designers who have been working with analog photography for a very long time. In our search for the perfect image and a contemporary workflow, we kept coming up against limits. So we started to develop and scan our images ourselves. In addition to our love of photography, we also have a passion for old machines. We met old-school technicians and talked to experts to get the best out of the technology. At some point, it became clear that we wanted to share this concentrated new knowledge and our technology with others because we see ourselves as part of a community.

What is important to us in a lab is basically quite simple: high quality developments and scans, an uncomplicated digital ordering process and flexible archiving of the films. Our background has shaped us - we attach great importance to aesthetics without losing sight of the technical requirements.

Whether you are professionals, amateurs or anything in between, we look forward to walking this path with you. After all, there is hardly a better moment than the first look at a developed image.

And apart from the technical

Our desire is to strengthen the community of existing and future photographers. On our blog and in our new exhibition format, we introduce artists and their work, share (technical) knowledge and provide guidance for those who are not yet professionals.
