For more than 25 years, the Playa in Cologne has stood for a vacation feeling, relaxation and beach sports. As a popular meeting place for many generations, the Playa invites you to celebrate, linger and enjoy sporting activities of all kinds.

In the bright months from April to September, the name of the Playa says it all: a Mediterranean vacation feeling under pine trees on white Caribbean sand. Beach sports, cool drinks or BBQs in the beer garden surrounded by bamboo, olive trees and the scent of lavender.

When the days get shorter and colder again, the playa is transformed into a winter wonderland with changing winter activities. Romantic flair with the scent of cinnamon, mulled wine and Kaiserschmarrn is guaranteed. And at the playa there is the perfect ambience for hearty hut fun and parties of all kinds.

In addition to our in-house parties, such as Tanz in den Mai, Oktoberfest, carnival parties etc., the Playa offers the ideal setting for events of all kinds from 25 to 600 people. Corporate events, summer parties, weddings etc. - whether in summer in a Mediterranean vacation atmosphere or in winter with a romantic winter atmosphere and Alpine flair.
