Tenri Japanisch-Deutsche Kulturwerkstatt e.V. is a non-profit organization founded in Cologne in 2006. With a diverse range of exhibitions, performances, concerts, lectures and workshops, the association aims to provide inspiration and opportunities to build bridges between cultures.

All people in the world, regardless of their ethnicity, language or faith, are welcome to join us. Our aim is to offer a platform where the most diverse people can come together and exchange ideas. It is important to us to offer cultural exchange, independent of diverse opinions and discourses, which is essential for harmonious coexistence.

Based on the Tenrikyo principles of faith, we want to offer a place for all people. Differences in ideologies, religions or worldviews can sometimes be the cause of conflicts or disputes. Cultural diversity, on the other hand, enriches our lives.

The promotion and exchange of intercultural activities is more important than ever in our time.
