The Velvet combines the atmosphere of a café, restaurant and bar and creates space for culture. During the day, the café offers a changing range of dishes. On Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings, Velvet transforms into a bar with selected natural wines, drinks and an evening menu to share. The evenings are regularly accompanied by various DJ sets.

The cuisine focuses on organic, seasonal and regional products.

Small concerts and music performances are occasionally held in the "Room for Music".
