Capture the personality of your beloved companion in clay. In this relaxed and beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to sculpt a small portrait of your pet using handbuilding techniques. 

Over four hours, we’ll guide you step by step through shaping, refining details, and bringing expression into your piece. Whether it’s floppy ears, whiskers, paws or a favourite pose, you’ll learn how to translate character into form. Beginners welcome – we’ll demonstrate everything clearly and support you throughout the process. You’ll leave with a unique, handmade sculpture full of personality.

The workshop is 4,5 hours including a 30minutes lunch break.

In the first part of the workshop we will focus on building the sculpture, the following two hours will focus on adding details, textures and specific features of your pet. We will provide different colours of clay and slips, the finished piece will be glazed by us.

All materials are included: clay, tools, glazing, and firing. Just bring a few photos of your pet for reference. Your finished piece will be ready to pick up in about 4-6 weeks.
