Black Doldrums, Helicon & Flying Moon In Space

Black Doldrums create a stark, modern form of gothic post-punk built on driving drums, cascading guitars and melodic bass lines. The London duo move between menace and euphoria, crafting one of the most distinctive sounds between goth pop and post-punk today. Their debut Dead Awake (Fuzz Club, 2022) earned praise from Rolling Stone, Uncut and Sonic Seducer, while 2024’s In Limerence pushed their sound into more lush and glacial territory. After touring European arenas in early 2025 supporting Archive, the band now enters a new chapter with a new album due in 2026 on Fuzz Club Records.

Helicon, founded by brothers John-Paul and Gary Hughes in Scotland, blend psychedelia, electronics, guitars and sitars into a volatile, exploratory sound. Signed to Fuzz Club since 2017, they have worked with Tony Doogan (Mogwai, Belle & Sebastian), Will Carruthers (Spacemen 3, Spiritualized) and Mark Gardener (Ride). Their upcoming album ARISE, created with LA producer AL Lover, will be released on 13 February 2026.

Leipzig’s Flying Moon In Space complete the bill with their most ambitious work yet. Their new album immer für immer (“forever and always”), out on Fuzz Club in February 2026, explores the tension between the eternal and the transient through motorik rhythms, shoegaze textures, krautrock pulse and pop sensibility. Built through live improvisation, the record is described by the band as “a ritual against the feeling of being lost.”
