This new trio freely improvises rhythms and pa4erns, playing with reminiscences and snippets of possible tunes. On the lookout for the energy that arises from the intertwining of their voices, the musicians tend towards the fusion of their sounds, which some=mes end up disintegrate.

Bertrand Denzler is a saxophonist, improviser and composer who works in fields related to improvised music, free jazz and experimental, new or contemporary music. A founding member of groups and ensembles such as Sbatax, Trio Sowari, Hubbub, Onceim, Neuköllner Modelle, Denzler-Guionnet-MaTn-Unami or Sunny Murray Duo/Trio, he has released albums on labels like Rela=ve Pitch, Potlatch, Matchless, Confront, Umlaut, Insub,
Remote Resonator, Mikroton, Crea=ve Sources or Leo.

Dan Peter Sundland is a unique electric bass player and composer ac=ve in the jazz and improvising scenes in Norway and Berlin. His discography includes composi=onal work for his own eleven-piece Elevene4e, the Berlin based improvising quartet Home Stretch and sideman work and collec=ve groups including Lina Allemano's Ohrenschmaus, Simon Kanzler's hardcore opera and singer-songwriter Port Almond. Has been featured with
musicians including Jim Black, John Hollenbeck, Axel Dörner, Tobias Delius, Hans Hulbækmo, Hanna Paulsberg, Eirik Hegdal, John Pål Inderberg and Tor Haugerud.

Michael Griener, self-taught by listening to and playing with many of his elders, spent his formative years as a teenager with bass clarineTst Rudi Mahall and began his freelance career in 1988, initially in intensive collaboration with Günter Christmann in Hannover, and since moving to Berlin in 1994 has distinguished himself as one of the most versa=le drummers on the current jazz scene, as evidenced by his work with Mal Waldron, Butch Morris, Tal Farlow, Evan Parker, Aki Takase, Tony Malaby and many others.
