Elevate & Reset is a 3-day fitness & wellness retreat with Kunal Gulati set in the Brandenburg countryside from May 29-31, 2026.

This weekend is designed for people who love to move, crave fresh air and value real connection. Expect outdoor functional strength sessions, HIIT workouts and mobility work balanced with lake swims, sauna time, nourishing seasonal meals and space to slow down.

Alongside daily movement, you’ll take part in guided reflection exercises and movement-based connection sessions that help you reset mentally and reconnect with your body.

Led by Kunal (Founder of Playhouse, Coach at BEAT81 & Barry’s), who brings over 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning and a unique ability to challenge you while making you feel supported.

You’ll head home feeling strong, refreshed and more connected, ready to start your summer with clarity and new energy.
