The Slow Weekend is a 3-day active recovery retreat with Meg Russel, set in the Brandenburg countryside from July 3-5, 2026.
Designed for people who train hard, live fast or simply need a breather - without stepping away from movement - this weekend blends easy runs, controlled strength work, restorative mobility and relaxed community time.
It’s energising yet calm, spacious yet social. Expect slow-paced workouts, technique-focused strength sessions, playful group circuits and nature moments that let you recharge at a rhythm that fills you up instead of draining you. Lake dips, sauna sessions, nourishing meals and quiet coffee mornings create space for your body to truly reset.
Led by Meg (Personal Trainer at BEAT81 & Founder of Slow Poke Run Club Berlin), this retreat brings together slow movement, recovery tools and a warm, laid-back group atmosphere.
You’ll leave with a refreshed body, more energy for everyday training and a clearer understanding of how slowing down can actually boost performance.
