Funeral Sandwiches is Berlin’s monthly evening of absurd comedy, experimental storytelling, and the kind of emotional chaos that sits somewhere between performance art and a shared nervous breakdown. Over the past six months the night has evolved into a vibrant meeting point for writers, musicians, poets, and theatrical mischief-makers from Berlin’s ever-shifting Ausländer and creative communities.

Set within the intimate wooden glow of Neukölln’s beloved Das Gift, the evening functions as both a showcase of emerging Berlin talent and a small act of collective catharsis.
