Curious about pottery but never tried it before? This Try the Wheel session is a perfect introduction to the magical process of throwing clay on the potter’s wheel.

In this relaxed and hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of wheel throwing: how to center clay, open it, and shape your very first ceramic piece. No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands dirty.

Ceramic artist Qian, founder of Clay Garden Studio , will guide you step by step and share insights from her ceramic journey between Europe and China.

What to expect:

• Introduction to the pottery wheel
• Hands-on guidance for beginners
• Create your own small bowl or cup
• A fun and mindful creative experience

After the session, your favorite piece will be trimmed, glazed, and fired. You can pick it up a few weeks later once it’s finished.
