Von Jacobi and Soda Frizzante are getting together for the first time in Berlin at Urban Spree. Introducing themselves to the Berlin audience, they are happy to share their originals and newest production live. Since they have been playing at bigger and smaller venues around Cologne and Dresden, east and west all over Germany for the last 2-4 years, they are happily looking forward to finally bring their music to the capital.

Soda Frizzante:
Soda Frizzante's music is like the sparkling sensation of a cool drink on a hot summer day – a refreshing moment that brings lightness and joy. But beneath the shimmering surface of their funky, groovy indie, there is depth. The band approaches the heavy topics of everyday life with a rhythm that conveys ease and a smile, without losing sight of their significance. Their songs are about knowing when to let go, enjoy life, and go with the flow – always with an eye on the bigger picture and the challenges our society faces. The four friends from Cologne, Louis, Lukas, Jan and Theo, are currently fine-tuning their frizzante sound inspired by parcels, whitest boy alive, leisure and metronomy. With their upcoming single releases in early 2025, they are shortening the wait for the next aperitivo.

Von Jacobi:
Von Jacobi are 6.5 young musicians from Dresden who bring together influences from a wide range of genres. Their sound combines elements of indie rock with subtle funk tones, shaped by the different musical backgrounds of each member. In their songs, they explore what divides them and what they have in common - wether those are every day topics or musical details. With growing experience and enthusiasm, von Jacobi is always looking forward to sharing their music with you. So lets see you at the next gig sometime somewhere…
