Do you have a great idea for THE next hit restaurant? Then don't just let it gather dust in your notes until someone else realizes it first, but get started! And to make sure you're not on your own, the unique nationwide support program for up-and-coming restaurateurs from Geschmackstalente will help you 🙌🏼
The kick-off event at Strobels in Dortmund will take place on March 9th. There you can find out what you need for the competition and get to know the first restaurateurs to build up your network. You don't need anything there at first, except your idea and a lot of motivation 💥
It's all about shaping the future of gastronomy in Dortmund! We are looking for restaurateurs & people interested in founding a business who have opened since March 01, 2025 at the earliest!👩🍳
What's in it for you
At Geschmackstalente, you can not only pitch your idea, but also immerse yourself directly in the world of gastronomy. You can expect practical training and individual coaching to prepare you perfectly. You can also build your network, exchange ideas with more experienced restaurateurs in the area and gain a foothold in the world of gastronomy
