Three decades of GO MUSIC mean three decades of uncompromising dedication to the power of live music. What began as an artistic vision has developed into one of the most enduring and lively concert series in the German music scene.

The focus is always on the idea of understanding music as an immediate experience - raw, honest and full of energy. GO MUSIC deliberately avoids rigid concepts and instead focuses on musical encounters that arise in the moment. Every evening is unique. Every note is part of a story that is only told once.

Initiator Martin Engelien has been shaping this philosophy for 30 years as a musician, host and creative source of inspiration. As a formative figure in the German live music scene, he sees GO MUSIC not only as a concert series, but also as a cultural mission: to create spaces in which music remains alive and can constantly reinvent itself.

For its anniversary, GO MUSIC is not looking back, but forward. The upcoming concerts stand for musical openness, extraordinary line-ups and the conviction that live music will continue to play an indispensable role in culture and society in the future.
