The Hormone Yoga training provides a structured, body-based approach to specifically influence these processes. It combines current knowledge from hormone research with proven yoga, breathing and relaxation practices. This creates a practical understanding of how hormonal regulation, the nervous system and metabolism interact.
The training is recognized as educational leave in NRW and Baden-Württemberg.
