What is "normal" in a family? When Avery returns to his home in Connecticut after an eight-year trip to Europe with his fiancée, he realizes that it's not just the house that's gone awry. Ludicrous encounters with family members he thought were dead and a moose, golf lessons in the dark and his relatives' lucrative extra income gradually reveal to Avery what is shaking the family to its core.

"37 Picture Postcards" is a black comedy with plenty of superstition, idiosyncratic characters and surprising depth. It is a tribute to the complexity of human life that shows in touching moments that humor and a loving family can bring light even in the darkest times. Simply magical!
