In the organizer's words:

We are extending our opening hours on selected Thursdays so that you can enjoy your evening in the midst of art. Take advantage of the late hours to immerse yourself in our current exhibition "Out of passion. The Maximilian and Agathe Weishaupt Collection as guests". We are open for you from 3 to 9 pm.

The presentation shows around 100 works from an outstanding private collection that has been built up with great dedication over almost 40 years. The focus is on non-objective art after 1945 - from concrete-constructive positions to color field painting. You can look forward to seeing big names such as Josef Albers, Rupprecht Geiger, Vera Molnár, Sean Scully and Sol LeWitt.

The collection not only tells art history, but also the very personal story of a passionate engagement with modernism. In the spirit of Agathe Weishaupt, for whom it is important that art "lives and is seen", we invite you to discover these often hidden treasures with us. Whether as a relaxing end to the working day or as a cultural start to the long weekend. We look forward to welcoming you to our evening events!
