Meike Kokoska is offering a creative workshop to accompany the exhibition "Aus Leidenschaft. The Maximilian and Agathe Weishaupt Collection as Guests", Meike Kokoska is offering a creative workshop in which participants can discover the exciting interplay between impulsiveness and structure.

The program begins with an inspiring tour of the current exhibition, during which the works on display serve as inspiration for the participants' own designs. This is followed by practical work in the museum's own painting school.

Using acrylic paint and a squeegee, the participants first create impulsive color patterns and lively gradients using a dynamic drawing technique. In a second step, this creative chaos is given a new form: the resulting areas of color are cut into geometric shapes and rearranged. This creates an attractive contrast between order and chaos.

This deliberate alternation of techniques encourages the creative process. Free, spontaneous gestures and the precise weighing of weighting and proportions complement each other. In a relaxed atmosphere, individual, modern unique pieces are created that balance the tension between freedom and order.

The participation fee is 30 euros and includes admission to the museum and all materials.
