Yoga & Soundbath in der Ausstellung „Aus Leidenschaft“ mit Jessica Laus

The Ahlen Art Museum invites you to a special encounter that combines art appreciation with inner perception.

In the midst of the current exhibition, Jessica Laus guides participants into deep relaxation with the help of crystal singing bowls. The aim of the session is to balance the nervous system and promote regeneration processes.

The program at the Kunstmuseum Ahlen begins with short, gentle activation exercises before the participants lie down and surrender completely to the sounds. In the atmosphere of artistic reduction, this enables a conscious transition from everyday thinking to pure perception. The event lasts around 1.5 hours and takes place in an environment that focuses on receiving and self-healing.

The fee is 15 euros.

For maximum comfort, all equipment will be provided on site so that participants do not need to bring their own utensils.
