Literature does not deliver simple messages. But isn't a clear message and stance needed in the face of all the man-made crises, disasters and the global rise of authoritarian politics? How can we find a language for what is currently happening? What acute demands are placed on writers? Where does the special potential of literature lie? In short: What happens when writers step in front of the microphone and it says: "Attention, an announcement!"? Between the announcements, there will be music, drinks at the bar and the opportunity to talk about what you have heard. The event will be preceded by an internal retreat for the participating authors on the topic of "Good times for literature?".
