What it's about

Six people talk about their love lives. They are all over 65 years old and have experienced a lot. They talk about their first crush and their first heartbreak, about (un)planned pregnancies, about forbidden love and exciting affairs and even the death of lovers. In the process, a portrait emerges of a generation that has experienced major changes, such as the sexual revolution of the 1960s and 1970s and the Aids crisis. They grew up when homosexuality was still a crime. And now they live and love in an age of online dating. It is a generation that has a lot to say about taboos, but also about freedom. This extraordinary play, which always features six senior citizens from the respective performance venue on stage, has already been shown in many theaters around the world - and is usually sold out! For example in Austin, Glasgow, Helsinki, Ljubljana, Portland, Prague, Singapore, Sydney, Taipei and Vienna. The exciting journey through the past decades starts in Hanover in the fall.
