TELEPHONE GUIDANCE

To mark the anniversary, we shed light on the flight and expulsion of around 14 million Germans from the Eastern Reich and Eastern European settlement areas. They had to leave their homeland under extreme conditions. We will take you on a telephone tour of the permanent exhibition and describe selected objects that illustrate the fates of individuals and families. It is about experiences of flight and expulsion and the path to an uncertain future.

This time we focus on the fates of refugees and displaced persons at places of arrival after 1945
