ASTRID DÄRR - Vom Vanlife zum Overlanding

In the organizer's words:

This workshop is aimed at vanlife fans and campers who have already traveled a lot at home and in neighbouring countries, but have not yet had the confidence to undertake longer trips through many countries and entire continents ("overlanding").

The first and easiest step towards fulfilling the dream of long-term travel in a van and leaving your comfort zone would be to take the ferry from Spain to Morocco, for example. Morocco is a beautiful, safe destination for campers. From Morocco, the brave can continue on to West Africa or in stages across the continent. If you want to get out for several months or a whole year, you can also ship your vehicle to South America and drive along the legendary Panamericana from Patagonia to Alaska.

The workshop will answer questions about preparation, organization, paperwork and formalities, equipment, safety, etc. - for all those who dream of travelling across Europe, Africa or South America but don't know how best to go about it.
