Ausstellung: 25 Jahre Sommerblut Kulturfestival – 25 Jahre Solidarität

In the organizer's words:

What it's all about

For 25 years, the Sommerblut Kulturfestival has stood for radical inclusion and artistic border crossings. The anniversary exhibition "25 Years of Sommerblut Kulturfestival - 25 Years of Solidarity" takes an in-depth look at this unique festival DNA. It shows the transformation of years of immaterial art projects, primarily from the performing arts, into tangible, material exhibits. It's a showcase of work that not only shines, but documents the creation of the festival with complete honesty, including moments of failure and shared growth.

That's why you have to go in

Here, history is not only viewed, but also experienced. The exhibition is designed as a multimedia and participatory experience: Barrier-free access as well as offers in difficult and easy language enable a joint exchange. You will meet the Sommerblut team and involved artists with and without disabilities on site and digitally. Immerse yourself in stories about solidarity and get to know the festival from perspectives that normally remain hidden behind the stage.

Pssst!

The exhibition goes beyond a mere retrospective and is accompanied by inclusive, educational mediation work. It is a lively meeting place that makes the spirit of the festival, the community of all, directly tangible.
