Aysanabee is going on a big "The Way We're Born" headline tour with his new album "Edge of the Earth" this fall! The artist will play in Berlin on October 14th!

After two impressive support tours across Canada with Allison Russell and Dan Mangan, the Eastern Canada tour in spring and numerous appearances at international festivals, it is now time for Aysanabee himself to step into the spotlight and present his powerful music - including the radio hits "Nomads", "We Were Here", "Somebody Else" and his latest chart single "Edge of the Earth".

The energy of his latest album "Edge of the Earth" is fed by one central question: "Am I ready to take the leap into the unknown? And have I learned enough to find my way?"

"Edge of the Earth" is an ambitious, transformative project that evolves Aysanabee's soundscape and explores the nature of change and its impact on his life, relationships and perspective. The title and subject matter of the album moves along the lines drawn by decisions made at key moments.

Aysanabee (pronounced: Ace-in-abbey) is an award-winning alternative indie artist, multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer-songwriter. He is a member of the Oji-Cree people and hails from the Sucker Clan of the Sandy Lake First Nation, a remote community in far northwestern Ontario, Canada, accessible only by airplane. He now lives in Toronto and began releasing music under his mother's maiden name, in those rare moments of quiet where he could pause and create music that he says reflects him more authentically as an artist.
