Beatentourage

The Beatentourage event series offers a stage to small artists from the "Deutschrap" music cosmos. Limid & Drumtomski, Kaiko & Nackenschmerz, Amy Crimehouse, & Uno F are coming to the fifteenth event.

Last year, the two Saarbrücken-based Limid & Drumtomski released their debut collabo album "Tontauben" together with producer asbeluxt. The record impresses with sophisticated rhyme structures and catchy, melodic flows, which are carried by powerful, classic boom-bap beats with a rough attitude. Both are part of their own rap crews: the "Freche Gesellschaft" & "High Risk Area", which should be familiar to one or the other underground favorite. These are good prerequisites for a handful of guests on stage.

Kaiko & Nackenschmerz from Hallenbande will present their joint album "Im Osten nichts Neues", which they released last fall. This record is neither entertainment nor delicatessen. Rather, it is a wake-up call. Kaiko raps to the dark beats of Nackenschmerz and uses his lyrics to address the shift to the right, social inequality, poverty and a German rap scene that often celebrates itself instead of taking a stand.

Amy Crimehouse from Saarbrücken, who is also part of "Freche Gesellschaft", doesn't mince her words on her first EP and gives bullies and cops a good talking to to the beats of Limido & Zutera.
