BPA// Exhibition 2025 brings together new works by ten emerging, Berlin-based artists that were created during their two-year participation in the BPA// Berlin program for artists.
The BPA// Berlin program for artists is an independent mentoring program founded in 2016 by Angela Bulloch, Simon Denny and Willem de Rooij. It promotes exchange between young and established artists through reciprocal studio visits, public events and joint exhibition formats. Since 2020, there has been a close partnership with KW Institute for Contemporary Art, within the framework of which the annual exhibition is realized as part of the institutional program.
The exhibition sees itself as a platform for a new generation of artists in Berlin whose works reflect and challenge personal and social transformation processes. At the same time, it emphasizes the importance of continuous dialogue, shared structures and intergenerational support for the development of a long-term, sustainable cultural infrastructure.
