In the public debate, refugees are often only perceived as numbers. As a strangely uncontrolled mass, intangible but somehow threatening.
This ignores the fact that these are individual people, individuals with stories, wishes, dreams and relationships.
In the "Café der Begegnung", it is precisely these stories that are given space. People tell other people about their lives. People play together, read to each other or make music together.

Every 2nd Friday of the month, Café Roberta and LeaveNoOneBehind organize an evening that lets us learn about others, makes us think, touches us and makes us feel that there is more that connects us than divides us.
