Ceci n'est pas un exercise

In the organizer's words:

A gymnasium. Six people in peculiar protective equipment: Knee pads, helmets with alarm lights and cushions strapped to their stomachs. While cushions are distributed to the spectators, there is a safety briefing - but with every rule discussed, the nervousness of the strange crew increases.
What follows is a sometimes fast-paced and sometimes very tender, breathtaking hour full of acrobatics, humor and live music.

In CECI N'EST PAS UN EXERCISE (This is not an exercise), the audience is right up close and in the thick of it as the six performers face their fears, support and challenge each other, hold each other and achieve incredible things in absolute trust of one another. And finally, even the audience becomes part of the challenge: together, many more things are possible.
